Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book in to attend a class?
Yes bookings are essential. This allows our instructors to plan accordingly.
Can any fitness level join your classes?
Yes, we love having a wide variety of fitness levels in class. Our level one classes are great for people new to pilates so we have extra time to show you around the equipment but our instructors will look after you no matter what class you attend. Our jump class is not recommended for pregnant or newly postpartum women.
How do we book?
Our class bookings are done online through the Gymmaster app. You can find a direct link from our website by going to our drop down menu in the right hand corner and clicking the button that says ‘Get Started’.
What do we need to bring with us to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that isn’t too baggy. Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene but we have options if you do not own any. Water is recommended too.
Can I cancel a class once I have booked in?
Yes. You can adjust your bookings as much as you like, but we have a 12 hour cut off, if you cancel within the 12 hour time frame you will be charged for your class. This is because other people could have taken your space and our instructor has planned for you to be there. If you or your child are unwell we will happily cancel in the time frame without charge.
Do you have free trials?
We have a $15 first class pass for those wanting to try a class before joining a membership or grabbing a concession card.
What is the most cost effective way to come to All Bodies?
memberships are always the most cost effective way to do pilates. We have the option to pause your membership at any time for a max of 4 weeks at a time free of charge.
