Classes & Services

All Bodies began as a 4 bed reformer studio and has evolved into a wellness hub. We offer a range of services, aimed at providing overall wellness and rehabilitation.

Reformer

Available Monday- Sunday, we have a reformer class suitable for everyone. Our level one classes are perfect for beginners, pregnancy, those looking for a lighter class option or those rehabilitating. Our open reformer classes are suitable for all levels, however they are run at a faster pace so we recommend trying a level 1 class if you are new to pilates. Jump is our cardio reformer class and great for anyone that wants to get the heart rate elevated and that body moving.

Sculpt

Sculpt is our new strength based class. It works with the principles of traditional strength, pilates and calisthenics to sculpt, tone and build lean mass. This class is done both on and off the reformer and is great for all fitness levels.

Floor Classes

Barre

Barre is a low impact workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, cardio and strength training. It focusses on small, quick repetitive movements which build strength, tone muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness. A light base fitness is recommended.

Mat pilates

Mat pilates works off the reformer to create the same or similar movements that lengthen and strengthen the body. Suitable for all fitness levels. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

Yoga

Our yoga classes are a vinyasa flow style and are suitable for all fitness levels. Bring your own mat or grab one of ours.

Personal Training

Got fitness goals, rehabilitation or prefer working one on one? Our onsite personal trainer can customise your training to suit your specific goals. We offer a range of days and times, email to enquire or book.

One on One

One on One and private classes are a great option when getting a group together, or to focus on your goals. We offer a range of days and times, email to enquire.

Antinatal/ postnatal one on one

Work at a deeper more holistic level with our highly trained instructors to build a strong powerhouse and T-zone to support pregnancy or postpartum. Focus on gentle strengthening movements and support for the nervous system.

Rehabilitation

Struggling to rehabilitate an injury or weakness in the body? We offer rehabilitation plans that can be done at home or your local gym.

Physiotherapy

Our onsite Physio, Hayley Whiting is a perfect addition to our wellness hub. Contact through Thrive Physio & Wellness.

Nutritionist

Our onsite qualified nutritionist is available for consultations and planning. She works from a holistic point of view to help you reach your health goals.


Our six bed reformer pilates studio is two blocks from the beautiful Mount Maunganui main beach. With a small team of four instructors and our in house physiotherapist, we offer a boutique way to stay on top of your health and wellness.
